Renovation production Agrifirm Veghel completed

A two-year renovation project at Agrifirm Veghel has now reached completion. The entire machine park at the site, where approximately 750,000 tons of pig feed are produced annually, was replaced. This consists of two milling and mixing lines and five complete pellet pressing lines. IVS was part of this extensive project and supplied the liquid and steam dosing installations. An interesting and challenging project!

On the pellet pressing line all the mixers were equipped with dosing units for water, molasses and steam. And the two newly installed Dinnissen mixers were fitted with our proprietary IVS dividers that ensure liquids are dosed in the correct ratio and correct spraying pattern.

The end result is incredible, and we are certainly proud to have been able to contribute to this project. The cooperation between all stakeholders involved in this rigorous renovation project was excellent.
